Cancellation Policy

ShesThat RN Xperience has a strict cancellation policy! All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before your appointment date and time. If not, you forfeit your $50.00 non-refundable deposit. There is NO EXCEPTION to this rule. If you have purchased a package deal, you will forfeit the cost of that day’s session and move forward to the next scheduled appointment. Please DO NOT call or text, as this is not canceling your appointment. Instead, please cancel/reschedule all appointments through the confirmation email you received. NO CALL/ NO SHOW will automatically result in the forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit when rescheduling.
